• AR Hypermart operates across Pakistan — deliveries are within Pakistan only.

We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

• All products are subject to availability. Stock levels are updated regularly.
• If an ordered item becomes out of stock, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
• Product prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order for high-demand items.
• Product descriptions are provided for guidance — always check the packaging for complete details.

When you place an order on AR Hypermart, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message or email.

• Orders can be placed 24/7 on our website.
• You will receive a tracking code after your order is confirmed.
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment — contact us via WhatsApp immediately.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned upon delivery.
• AR Hypermart reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

• The price charged will be the price shown at the time of order placement.
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to their own terms and expiry dates.
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Free Delivery is available on orders of Rs 3,000 or above. Orders below Rs 3,000 attract a shipping fee of Rs 200.
• Flash sale prices are only valid during the stated sale period.

AR Hypermart delivers across Pakistan. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (may vary by location).
• Shipping Fee: Rs 200 for orders below Rs 3,000. Free for orders Rs 3,000 and above.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via SMS/WhatsApp.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a notice.
• AR Hypermart is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or incorrect address provided.

AR Hypermart accepts the following payment methods:

• 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order arrives. No advance payment needed.
• 📱 EasyPaisa: Send payment to 0315-7594342 and upload screenshot at checkout.
• 📲 JazzCash: Send payment to 0315-7594342 and upload screenshot at checkout.
• 🏦 Bank Transfer: Contact us for bank account details before placing order.

AR Hypermart does not store any card or banking information. All online transactions are processed securely.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our 7-day return policy allows you to return items in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or broken.
• Product received is different from what was ordered.
• Product is defective or not working.
• Product is expired (for food/grocery items).

How to initiate a return:

• Contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-7594342 within 7 days of delivery.
• Share photos/video of the issue with your order ID.
• Our team will review and arrange pickup or replacement.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after return is approved.

• Your name, phone number, email and address are used for order processing and delivery only.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• Your data is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.

Creating an account on AR Hypermart is optional but recommended for easier order tracking and faster checkout.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts for abusing promotions is not allowed.
• AR Hypermart reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• Guest checkout is available — no account required to place an order.
